About Brian
Brian Franke is an independent award-winning singer/songwriter and cover artist residing in Virginia. Since 2009 he has made music his career playing over 250 shows each year both locally and as a touring artist. He is known for his versatility of being able to play a wide range of genres from laid back, chill and easy listening music at wineries to rocking out at high energy bars and music venues. Additionally, he has released three independent albums, two solo and one with his duo FarAway. He got his start at popular Washington, DC area bars, wineries, and festivals as well as top music venues such as Jammin Java and The Hamilton where he has opened for nationally touring acts such as Griffin House, Carolina Story, and Phillip Phillips.
