We are thrilled that you are here and cannot wait to see all of the submitted artworks. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

1. Please submit jpeg or png files of your artwork (under 10MB please) to wineclub@eastwoodfarmandwinery.com.
2. In the subject of your email, please write “WLAC Submission from (First Name)(Last Name).”
3. In the body of your email, please answer the following questions:
   1. What is your name? (First and last, please!)
   2. Do you live in Virginia or did you grow up in Virginia?
   3. What is the name of your artwork?
   4. What is the size and medium of your artwork?
   5. Share a link to your website and/or social media profile, if you would like to. (Not Required) 

We will confirm via email that we have received your submission. Thank you for participating! 

Information About Label Sizes
Our standard wine labels are 3×4 inches or 4×3 inches. We also could accommodate 3.5×4 inches, 4×4 inches, as well as a few other sizes. If the winning artist agrees, we can crop your artwork to fill one of these standard label sizes or we can reduce an artwork to fit within one of these label sizes with a small white border. If your artwork is a shape, we can print the image on a white background or the color of your choosing. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions as you prepare your submission(s).
