Salty Bottom Blue Oysters will be joining us from Gwynn, VA, offering their fresh, premium oysters to make your evening even more special. Salty Bottom Blue farms in the mid-bay, where the cleaner, cooler waters provide the ideal environment for growing fresh-tasting, high-salinity Chesapeake oysters. Founded by Scott Gray, Salty Bottom Blue employs innovative sustainable aquaculture techniques to ensure a dependable supply of premium local oysters from these pristine mid-bay waters.
Pair your oysters with a glass of sparkling Blanc de Blancs or enjoy our many other food options paired with a variety of gold medal winning wines. We also offer juice flights and cheese boards for the kids. There is something for the whole family at Eastwood.
