This April, we’re delighted to welcome spring to the winery. Join us for an exciting lineup of events, from our Tom Tom Festival events to our Easter Weekend celebration with a floral workshop on Thursday, April 17, a special Maker’s Market on Sunday, April 20, our annual Easter Egg Stroll plus activities and face painting for kids. Also, our beloved Virginia Oyster & Wine Celebration is back every Friday night beginning Friday, April 4, paired with live music and a fun atmosphere and the Tent & Terrace Bar are reopening on Saturday, April 5.
Just 5 miles from the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, enjoy award-winning wines, on tap beers and ciders, and delicious lunch and dinner menus all week, including our new warm crab dip and chocolate fondue! Open year-round, seven days a week.
Virginia Oyster & Wine Celebration

Oysters are back on Friday, April 4! Kick off the weekend with us! Just 5 miles from the Downtown Mall, join us for a celebration of Virginia oysters and wine every Friday night this season.
Pair your oysters with a glass of sparkling Blanc de Blancs or enjoy our many other food options paired with a variety of gold medal winning wines. We also offer juice flights and cheese boards for the kids. There is something for the whole family at Eastwood.
Paint & Sip
Wednesday, April 9 6PM
Grab a glass of wine (or your favorite drink!) and let your creativity flow in our relaxed and fun Paint & Sip class. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a first-time painter, the talented instructors of Blue Ridge Brushes will walk you through the painting process as you create your own masterpiece. Enjoy a welcoming environment where you can laugh, relax, and let the brush strokes come naturally. Sip and unwind with friends or meet new ones. No experience needed—just a passion for creativity and a desire to have a good time!
Join us for a memorable evening of art, drinks, great food, and good vibes. You’ll leave with a beautiful painting to take home and a great experience to remember!

An Urban Winery Experience: Tour & Taste Five Wineries Under One Roof at the Virginia Wine Collective
Wednesday, April 16
Join us at the Virginia Wine Collective for an intimate wine tasting and tour. You will move in small groups around the production facility to visit each winemaker, while sharing a glass of wine and discussion before moving to the next part of the facility.
We are so grateful to be a part of the Virginia wine community, and this year the team at Eastwood Farm and Winery could not be more excited to launch the Virginia Wine Collective, a production facility and tasting room focused on collaboration and the work of talented independent winemakers. Several independent winemakers will produce their wines here alongside Eastwood, all to be served in the shared tasting room and paired with delicious food and great community. Wine & Zen: Community Yoga, Meditation,
& Sound Bath Stress Break
13th Annual Tom Tom Festival Event
Thursday, April 17 1-3PM

Bringing the community together for an inclusive community stress break that will include yoga, meditation, and a sound bath.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of mindful community and connection presented by Simply Mindful Moment, Yoga by Brian, and Lake Yoga and Wellness. Participants will be led through mindful yoga, guided meditation, and a sound bath, all set to the beautiful mountain backdrop at Eastwood Farm and Winery.
This event provides a judgment-free, inclusive space for the community to come together exactly as they are to experience and be present in the moment, fully accepting themselves and each other.
There is very little parking at the Mountaintop. Please reserve this parking lot for those with accessibility needs. All others can park in the lot by the tent and walk up.
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, chair, bug spray, etc., for your comfort.
Participants are invited to stay after the event to enjoy wine, cider, beer, food, and conversation together at the winery.

Easter Floral Centerpiece Workshop
Thursday, April 17 6-8PM
Come join us at Eastwood Farm and Winery for a relaxing event where you can let your creativity bloom! Learn how to create a stunning Easter floral centerpiece from locally grown flowers with the help of farmer-florist Jenn Heller of Dogwood House Floral.
Jenn will walk you through principles of flower design and foam-free techniques for stunning & sustainable arrangements to brighten your home. You’ll leave with a beautiful centerpiece in a compote bowl just in time for Easter, and the skills to bring more flowers into your life.
Hosted at Eastwood Farm & Winery, bring your friends for a fun and relaxing night out! Eastwood’s wines and delicious menu will be available for purchase.

Easter Maker’s Market & Easter Egg Stroll
Fun For The Whole Family

Fun for the whole family this Easter Sunday at the winery! We will have craft activities, coloring sheets, face painting, and a preschool – kindergarten age friendly Easter egg stroll with 5 caches of Easter eggs to find in the lawn next to our veranda 🐰🐥🌈
Also join us for our Easter Maker’s Market featuring unique creations from local artisans and live music by John Kelly from 1-4PM.
We are open 12-5 on Sunday and activities go all day – but we recommend arriving before 3 to participate in the fun before supplies run out!

Community Healing Event for Veterans

Join us for a special community event designed to honor our veterans by providing a welcoming space that fosters camaraderie and mutual support. This event is dedicated to supporting the veteran community, including all who served, those currently serving, spouses, military family members, and anyone interested in learning more about helping our nation’s heroes.
This is the only event at the Tom Tom Festival specifically designed to meet the needs of veterans. Our event, Brave Hearts, Calm Minds: Community Healing Event for Veterans, aims to provide a unique and supportive experience for all who attend.

Chef Tasting

Join us at Eastwood for an opportunity to participate in an intimate wine tasting and food pairing event. You will be greeted with a glass of our gold medal-winning Blanc de Blancs. Once everyone is seated, Athena Eastwood and Chef Andrew Partridge will guide guests through a tasting of four of our wines each paired with small plates curated by Chef Andrew and the culinary team. We hope you will join us for this fun and educational experience.
